"Juaning" on Northern Luzon



Tropical Storm "Juaning" (Nock-ten) will remain in Northern and Central Luzon until tomorrow afternoon.


Juaning is now at 85 kph maximum winds and currently 60km away from Baguio.


The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the storm no longer poses a direct threat to Metro Manila and its chances of intensifying into a typhoon has become slimmer than earlier forecast (gmanews.tv)


Classes we're suspended on all levels due to typhoon Juaning in NCR. 


PAGASA is eyeing another Low pressure area that will get in Phillippine Area of Responsibility for the next 48 Hours and will be called "KABAYAN".
